Fall Yoga Retreat
Heart & Soul Restoration
November 2 - 4
Individually, you will give yourself an inner cleansing. Together, we will provide each other with warmth, loving support, and community.
Break Away into the Wilderness
Spend 3 days, 2 nights in this breathtaking 4,500 square foot chalet in New York state.
The unique, octagonal home has 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, a hot tub, a backyard fireplace, and several instruments and games.

Yoga to Completely Unwind
Let your body rediscover true rest and relaxation. Sunrise and evening yoga each day.
Deep stretches in Yin Yoga focus on your connective tissues. Soul-searching Yoga Nidra helps provide better sleep.
Put Your Wellness First
Participate in a group acupuncture session.
We will be doing this all together in one of the large living rooms. Engage with the collective aura while experiencing individual transformation.

Cook, Consume, Connect
All guests are asked to bring a dish for our last night. Together, we will have a beautiful feast with each of our favorite foods.
WIth 2 full kitchens, you can do most of your cooking here or prepare it ahead of time to be reheated. This portion of the retreat is meant to help us connect with each other in more of a full body experience - combining significant personal moments with empathetic camaraderie.
Take on the Wild
Whether you want to admire from the porch or explore the nearby trails, nature is always within arm's reach.
There will be plenty of time to go off in groups to walk the trails, hike, or even just sit out and appreciate the landscape.

Whether you decide to share a room with your friends and loved ones, or book a whole room to yourself, your schedule includes the following...

Let the feast begin! Around 7:30, we will gather around the table and dig into our dishes. As we eat, we'll go around and highlight what about our dish makes it so special.

Karma Yoga - we all help clean up after our bellies are full.

-
Yoga Nidra to end the evening on a peaceful note. Afterwards, enjoy our last night with the outdoor fire pit, the hot tub, or even just stargazing.
